Tradesman Coffee Shop & Pizza Bar, located in Charlestown, is seeking talented, motivated, and hospitality driven candidates for a General Manager position. This restaurant is the team behind Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grille and Urban Wild. This general manager role will oversee the daily operations of a unique and busy restaurant while prioritizing hospitality, creating partnerships with the community, building a dedicated team, and understanding the financial footprint of the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Prioritizing hospitality: An unwavering dedication to providing our guests with a one of a kind experience must be this candidate’s first priority at all times. This contagious passion for the industry will reflect the values of our company.

Building a dedicated team: Oversee all hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development of the front of house staff. Provide a positive and leading presence that encourages all staff members to work at their greatest potential.

Create partnerships with the community: Develop the growth of a base of happy and loyal guests by establishing and maintaining service standards for all. Must also understand the importance of cultivating strong communication and business relationships with vendors to ensure longevity and quality.

Understand financial footprint: Candidate must possess a strong understanding of budget that will reflect in ordering and scheduling. Incentive programs are in place to reward a well-maintained account in both regards.

Ideal candidate will possess the following prerequisites:

-2 years in a management or shift lead role in the restaurant industry

-Capable of hiring, training, and leading a staff

-Dedication with a strong work ethic

-Self-sufficient and independent

-Desire to learn and grow within the company
